As a newer addition to the market, OLEDs have already brought new adaptations and options to the display industry. While currently in the niche stage, this technology is still being explored with flexible and transparent modules coming available.

Features:
OLEDs are available in Passive and Active technologies. “Passive” is monochrome color and low resolution, thereby offering an affordable options to monochrome LCD. “Active” offers high resolution and large contrast ratios. Both options are light and thin, making them great for small designs. Each pixel in a OLED illuminates and produces light that turns on and off. This allows the pixels to reach a true black when turned off, raising the contrast ratio.
